3. Domestic vs. International
- Free Shipping

- We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on service availability and destination.
- Domestic (U.S.)
- All U.S. destinations are eligible for Standard, Expedited, and Overnight shipping.

- Longer delivery times: typically 7–21 business days.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a “Shipment Confirmation” email containing a tracking number and carrier information.
- You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost Packages
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- Damaged Items
- Inspect shipments upon delivery. For visible damage, please refuse the package or note damage on the delivery receipt, then contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
- Delays
- While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking delayed shipments.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- Shipments returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed status will be subject to a $[XX] return fee or loss of any promotional shipping.
